I would like to share my experience with Cook it and its obvious that its just amazing without any doubt😋I had ordered 3 times from Cook it and tried to prepare everything the same way trust me it tastes so well. The quality of the ingredients is really good and the recipes which I received were so easy and quick to prepare. When I come back home from hectic work I just need to prepare food with ready completely portioned as per taste ingredients. When first time I ordered I was so nervous to try but when I received my Cook it order it was so amazing and completely hygiene, properly packed ingredients, no leakages, good quality of bags as well as the ingredients. These things made me trust Cook it. Loved the dishes ❤️And hope for new amazing dishes soon❤️

Huge fan. It helps me eat my veggies. I'm an over loaded single mom and cooking helps me stay healthy. I also really love their reusable containers and coolers! Such an upgrade

Our family has been loving our subscription to Cook it for the past month. We are a family of 7 with 5 children ages 7 months, 3, 5, 7, and 9 years. Everyone has been able to enjoy the meals as Cook it does an amazing job of offering kid friendly suggestions. We subscribe to the vegetarian menu and are loving the variety of meals, the freshness of the ingredients, and the delicious flavours. We have also enjoyed a few treats from the pantry. We love that 50% or more of the ingredients are local products and that we get to support a local company. We also appreciate that Cook it makes an effort to be as environmentally conscious as possible. My husband, who does all the meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking has appreciated the ease of having a few meals already figured out each week and has been inspired by some of the techniques and recipes. Thank you to the team at Cook it for their continued efforts and innovation in making healthy and delicious meals with ingredients close to home!

I have been using Cook it for over 3 years, and the fact that I still use their service shows my satisfaction. I enjoy the variety of the meals, as previously I used to just recycle my same few recipes over and over. I only order vegetarian, and even though this limits my options, I still find there is a good selection. It's just so convenient to have the kit dropped off at my front door, saving a grocery store visit and time spent meal planning. Over the years, they have made some changes that I appreciate, including using re-usable coolers instead of cardboard boxes. They also are sending food items more prepped (for example, chopped onions) that is time-saving. Sure there have been some mistakes, such as forgetting an item, or a produce that was spoiled; however I have found customer service is super quick to reply and give me the appropriate credit. As long as the meals are tasty, quick to prepare and save me time on meal prep, I'll continue to be a client!

Been using Cook it sporadically for the past few months and i've been loving it. It's perfect for busy weeks. I love cooking but I hate thinking all day about what to make for dinner, that's why i've been loving it so much. It also makes you discover new ingredients, recipes and local companies, which i'm all for... PLUS, customer service is always on point, on the phone and on socials!

Phenomenal food service! My partner and I have been loyal customers since moving in together last year, and we couldn’t be happier. The recipes are consistently delicious and inventive, the add-ons are irresistible (we’re officially hooked on the lavender white chocolate scones—they’re a weekly must!), and the sustainable packaging far outshines that of any competitors. It’s been a total game-changer for our mealtime routine!

Since I started ordering Cook it my life has changed! The entire process was created to serve better their customers. Starting by the delivery, it is always on time, the preparation is easy and well explained, the food is delicious, the portion is generous. I definitely recommend it.

Fresh prep provides excellent meals and service. Unlike some other meal subscription services, it TRULY IS Canadian and Freshprep is very smart about minimizing packaging and waste - this helps put them head and shoulders above the rest!

One of my fav food deliveries! I especially like the meals that you have to make yourself, they're a fun/easy way of cooking. One thing I wish would be better is that the macros were more accurate.

I have had excellent service from fresh prep over the past four years… When I needed an answer about whether an ingredient I am allergic to was present ( guar gum in coconut milk) while I was preparing my meal, I had an immediate helpful response ( no guar gum! )when I phoned the company at 5:30 PM. The only issue I have ever had with ingredients not being up to snuff were hard avocados ( sigh) or greenish tomatoes… at a time when ripe tomatoes were readily available everywhere as it was summer. The team is responsive. The meals are varied and tasty and I have highly recommended them to my friends and family….and they have had the same positive experiences… prompt response to any questions, and lots of delicious meals. Thank you for your service. I especially appreciated your already cooked meals when I had a broken ankle and any cooking at all was difficult.
